Families applying under the main Grade 6 – Year 7 transition intake process for our general program are not required to submit an enrolment enquiry form.

If yours is an enrolment enquiry, please include:
– Your child’s name, DOB, current school and year level
– Your residential address, along with a copy of the contract of sale or lease agreement
– Two most recent school reports, NAPLAN results and any other relevant information
